In May 2026, we have conducted appraisal and valuation of the Philippines’ First and Only Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) Plant and Machinery of Universal Robina Corporation (URC) at the JG Summit – Olefins Corporation Petro-Chemical Complex at Batangas City, Philippines. We were engaged by the State Bank of India (SBI) for loan and mortgage purposes of an Indian Company who purchased the BOPP Plant.
